Have written three blog updates but can't get them posted.
We have been stranded in the middle of nowhere for four days - car knackered - waiting for tow-truck to make the 350k round trip from Coober Pedy to rescue us - but roads impassable due to mud. Likely to be several days before they can get through. Supplies holding out so won't starve or die of thirst - unless rain starts again!
Very sporadic Internet access but can sometimes get emails (no attachments) It would be nice to get a few emails to let us know that there is still a world out there away from the flies!
If anyone we know gets this - drop us an email - or post comment on blog although latter more unreliable.
